Triplets this time - two boys and a girl. The last boy was smaller than the others and later that morning we noticed he was having difficulty walking. Both front legs were knuckling over so he was walking on his wrists. we blame it on two wet summers that produced an abnormal amount of grass which gave all our ewes an abundance of energy when it came to tupping time. We've never had so many triplets:)

Will they eventually do the spontaneous jump up in the air all together thing, or is that just goat kids? Which is the cutest thing in the history of cute things.

Absolutely adorable. Baaaby lambs are love unless you're bottle feeding and not quick enough. :)

Sheep have the four-footed bounce gene too. With lambs it's mandatory after a few days and they learn to do the four-footed bouncing Tigger kangaroo run - some meld this with the four-footed bouncy crab run and bounce in directions their head is not pointing towards. We have an eight year-old ewe who still bounces.
