Hey, Chris, I just went to try to buy it, but Book View told me FOR THREE DIFFERENT combos of username and password, that one or the other was already taken. THEN it said, this user name is already taken; if you have forgotten your password, click on "forgot Password" button (or somesuch) and when I did that, it kicked me back to the original registration screen.

WTF???

OK, never mind. I got an email telling me thanks for registering - with the very first combo I tried registering with! What a weird web site.

Sorry you had a problem, Terry. I tried to re-create it at the site just now but couldn't. I'll have another look tomorrow. It's bed time over here:)
