No, you download the ebook in whatever format you choose. What should happen is you click on 'buy the book'. If you're not registered at the site you're taken to a register page otherwise you go to Paypal. Then you're sent to book download page.
Have you not downloaded the book yet? If you haven't, click on this page again

click on buy now, log in if you're not already logged in, then click on the format (prc, EPUB etc) that you want.
