Running again

So I decided this year to take up running again; aiming for better fitness, improved blood pressure, less pant-tightness, all that good stuff. I'm easing myself into it using the Couch to 5k program as recommended by i_ate_my_crusts. I'm now in week 2. But today I was feeling pretty good and decided to just go for it - to run the 5km, all the way, giving myself permission to slow to a walk if I really needed it. And you know what? I did run almost the whole distance. A slow jog to be sure, but still, very encouraging.

Hope I don't feel it too badly tomorrow...
