:: appears from no where in her fairy healthcare worker god mother outfit (So it is my pajamas but hey):: My dear dear sweet sicky pooh. First have you had your flu shot?? Well doesn’t matter because this years flu strain wasn’t in the mix!
I didn’t have mine and I got the flu at the beginning of Feb I should have gone to the doctor. Many other people had the same symptoms and went on antibiotics. Your sound just like mine did. If you aren’t better in couple days go to the doctor that is an order.
err... no flu shots.. mostly because I don't like needles? lame i know. but there ya go.
this evening at work was a lot better than I thought. Kinda dizzy when picking up movies from the floor (seriously. they are on a shelf for a reason) and slight headache. Had mom call and tell me "not to take anything that drys me up" when I have told her like... a thousand times I can breath just fine through my nose, so no drippy there... and i took my temp after i got home, normal. Grr.
I am hoping it's gone, cause really... feeling like crap isn't fun.
*makes self look well before Janet comes with needles*
Sounds like you are the mend. Make sure you are eating though. I had too even though I didn't feel like it and I will never eat chicken noodle soup again because of it.
first of all, big, huge *HUGS* for you! Man...having to do all that when you're feeling like (for lack of a better term) something the cat dragged in. Ouch. You gotta take care of yourself hon and get some rest! 'specially with that con coming up and all.
I'll send Daniel your way (if I can pry him from Sam for just a quick min.) with some tea and aspirin and all the fixins. Take it easy, dear!
It's been a crappy 2 days. I just don't feel like moving (still) and have the slight chills, but now a normal temp. I hope it's one of those 24 hr colds and is outta here.
*grabs Daniel anyway* I need some time with the doc too! Um... he can tell me why I named my cats after Egyptian goddess if nothin else *wink*
I'll be taking it easy tomorrow morning (beside having to deal with the camera people) and don't go back to work til 5p...
Didn't read this entry thoroughly, sorry! Trying to keep my eyes open, grrr! Just wanted to say three things: I love you, I miss you and I hope you get better!
