As odd as this may sounds, I stumbled upon the very idea of this about a year ago. Perhaps it was because I realize the days of youth were gone, and now I am heading to college and I have a job and I really am a Toys-R-Us kid at heart but not in appearance anymore ( ... )

I feel absolutley the same. Rather than an expensive dinner, or something to the effect of a fancy date, I would just like a nice walk or adventure into the woods. When we are kids, we figure out what is fun, and what really matters. For the sake of this "civilization" we degrade ourseves and supress our primal urges to go in the woods and hit things with a stick.

My favorite place in the world is kind of a seceret, but it is a secluded area with a waterfall, thick foliage, wonderfull boulders and fresh water. Not only does it remind me of childhood and allow me to completley let go of all human problems, but it also stands for adulthood, a quiet sanctuary deep in the woods, that lets you break from the monotony of modern day life. It is the place I meditate on when I feel stressed.

And everyone needs a place like that. And no, you can't have mine.

:p

I too aspire to move to an exotic place and respect how life should be. Maybe deep in Austrailia... it's nice there on the beaches :)

The world will figure itself out somehow, even if it kills everything first.
