anyway, i have found a great utility that i HIGHLY recommend. it is an extremely clever little widget called "monolingual."

Most big-ticket MS software (windows, office, visual studio, SQL Server, etc.) have different distributions for languages. Usually, when you buy a new machine and you are setting up the OS, it asks you what language you want, and deletes the rest.

That is not to say that other vendors dont install multi language support, but generally MS doesnt.
