anyway, i have found a great utility that i HIGHLY recommend. it is an extremely clever little widget called "monolingual."
http://monolingual.sourceforge.net/ the software checks your hard drive for foreign language folders. most major applications are sold in several different countries and language files are included for all of them. when you're talking about products for microsoft, apple, adobe, symantec or other big publishers, that can be a LOT of languages!
example? i ran this on a 80 GB desktop and a 60 GB laptop and got 1.5 to 2.5 GB back on each one...!
the program is freeware, although the developer requests any donation you can spare.
(i would urge windows and linux users to search for a similar utility but i don't know if there'll be a free one.)
