...went down to e.s.d. and got the paperwork going. got to go back for a test, monday morning, just to weed out people with totally unrealistic career-retraining goals (looks like that test pilot option is crashed before it took off, eh?). counselor says it should be no problem for me. another appointment monday afternoon
