That is so damn cheeky!! I feel bad for the reps because they're just trying to earn money, but they really ought to get a job with a bit more morality! Also, if she gets paid for the appointments, not just the sales, that is really easy to fake, so she can just make he boss think she has an appointment and still get paid??
