I am dubious about that fasting, but suppose it is ok as long as you don't start loosing weight.

I think you should have that myoma removed. It is pretty large, and must be pushing your organs out. It is well known they tend to make women look pregnant. It may well be the cause of your bloating.

Personally, I doubt very much if eating organic really makes a difference in your health. But it makes a difference in your wallet!

I doo hope you feel better.

We're waiting for Walking Dead to be released for free on DTV. We're going to watch it to the end, but it started getting dull for us last season.
I really want to watch Umbrella Academy but we won't be getting netflix anytime soon :(
Naturally, I'm waiting for Shingeki! But I think this new season won't be so good. It was a really bad idea to cut this season in half like this, when the pacing was so slow. It keeps getting more and more obvious that it's all about the $$$ instead of the actual story telling. But I'm gonna follow to the end because the story itself is great.

Now, I'm waiting for the Fruits Basket reanimation. It's supposed to start from tomorrow

Is it not on Netflix in Japan? :(

Well, at least you get other things on Netflix Japan that we don't. ;)

Yes, I fear that Shingeki won't be as great as it used to be but there are still some highlights coming up, just not sure if they'll squeeze it into those next 10 episodes or if we have to wait a long time again for more. T_T

Oh yeah!! I read about that. I might as welll watch it. As far as I remember I liked the original version.
Can barely remember though as that was like almost 20 years ago? :)

I wouldn't know -- we don't have netflix. We have dTV.

Chances are we'll have to wait. They're going to drag it out as long as they can, I feel. Fans have been saying it's a miracle we haven't gotten another ending re-write, lol. But it's really hurting the series.

Around that, I think. I was in high school at the time, so yeah, 12-13 years. Surprisingly, I remember most of it. But then again, I was never a watch-everything kind of girl. I would latch on to a series and hit it hard with the manga, anime, sound tracks, ect. It's easy to remember when you only have to remember a handful of things.

I liked Umbrella Academy overall. I liked the characters but I realized it was really drama heavy when it could have put more time into their powers.

I think a good saying to remember with any food is "too much of anything isn't good". Even healthy foods can be bad for you if you eat too much of one thing and can even result in vitamin toxicity, ie eating too many carrots can make your skin orange and give you vitamin A toxicity. I also think recommendations for diet and exercise are never going to be a one size fits all thing. It really depends on the person. To me, it's about balance. Even if you don't do 10,000 steps a day you can still do yourself the favor of balancing processed foods with whole foods. All the fads and crap really muddy the waters when I think it's a lot simpler than that. Of course, certain metabolic disorders or other health problems make things more difficult with diet. And I think moving is important. The more the better but I wouldn't stress the quantity of time unless giving yourself a goal encourages you.

It was easy to tell what would happen, but I liked the comedic parts and the characters and overall it was still exciting. I hope they'll do a second season soon. :)

Yes, I absolutely agree.
It's just sometimes hard to find a good balance, I guess. :)

He already replied and had some ideas. One was an elevated diaphragm.
I'm looking into that now. And I try to stay in contact with him. Hopefully he can recommend a practicioner nearby to me. :)

Thank you. :)

Yay! But only 10 episodes, so I fear we have to wait for some answers for a very long time.
I've grabbed the manga in Japan a few times, but could resist thus far ...... I could read what's happening next, but ... nope ... I prefer the anime, so I suffer and wait. ;P
