It's been a while since I've written much about my transition here. Things have moved past the first initial changes, as of a couple months ago, at least, so updates that more hair was growing, but slowly, were starting to feel redundant

Lately I've been struggling with the fact that now there is often a lot of dysphoria just from wearing the binder.
Ugh. This. So much.

Really, please, make sure somebody is with you after top surgery to help with the drains and such as. A guy I know who went through it described it as hella painful; his mother was with him, but passive-aggressively (or just aggressively) refused to help with a lot of the post-op dressing changes, and just augh. Make sure you have help who will really help. <3
