Does anyone else do this? I get to reading so much fic with a particular pairing and I start feeling like certain events happened in canon and I go to write a scene and start to reference something, and then realize that my readers are going to say, "Huh?"

The T-shirt is a quote from a PvP comic strip. The characters were talking about how with Star Wars ending, they are now looking forward to Serenity & Joss is their master now instead of Lucas. Far less icky in context. :)

Heh. Welcome to the world of fanon. *g* Then there's the fic-scenes that you've read so many times by some many different authors ... I'm always a little disappointed when Lindsey and Angel don't start making out when he's leaving in his truck, and Angel doesn't stop and say something more to Wes when they part ways in NFA. :)

Oh, and how could I forget Jayne sleeping with his gun and the girl.

Love how they spliced that bit in there just when I was starting to frown at the crazy angst that was Mal and Inara. :D
