Good food, familiar faces, and it definitely sounds like you aren't getting bored yet! *G* Pity about the lack of zen time, but ain't that the holidays for ya? (The Princess and the Frog is totally adorable, by the way. Dee and I have been out to the movies about every three days since I got back... We're going to check out that Sherlock Holmes one tomorrow, methinks.)
Yup! No chance for boredom - and it is so nice not being around or thinking about work! I'm hoping maybe Monday or Tuesday will be good for some zen time since my parents and oldest brother have some things to do then so hopefully some nice lounge-y reading or game playing will be had. :) (Ooo, I really want to see Sherlock Holmes. My dad is voting for Avatar, but I'm a little meh about seeing that one. Just too much hype...though your post made me slightly more inclined not to be quite so snub nose about it. :) )

PS... I always opt out on postal code/phone number/email lists at the till. You're totally not alone on that. It's just obnoxious and they really ought to be briefed on how to skip it gracefully :-P
Eesh, thank goodness. I just hate giving out personal info like that. And thing was, she totally knew how to get around - she just typed in a local zip...so it really wasn't all that hard, she just had to get flustered about it...and then handle it badly. Way to go, professionalism. It made me want to not shop at their store again. *shakes head*
