This thread started so innocently. But then someone brought up the philosophers, and someone else proclaimed a lack of interest in ancient schools of philosophy.
Then it became a raging shit storm.

It seems to be the predominant opinion that the mystical experiences fucked with his head (I've never interacted with him much and haven't seen much of him at all the last couple years, I can only go on what others have said), weird how mysticism can do that to some people. I guess maybe when some people initially feel pretty strongly against mysticism (the I want nothing to do with it sort, not the you can't want anything to do with it either sort) there is a very good reason for that, maybe your subconscious knows something the rest of you don't.
