what do you think is the best music program for making noisey industrial stuff? i'm taking votes. not sure what to get. i currently don't have anything except Reason 3.0 (and not many additional sounds) and Project 5. while Reason is okay for drum sounds, Project 5 BLOWS A HUGE ONE in that area. and i accidentally deleted Acid and don't have/can't ( Read more... )

given that I only really have one synth anymore, Reason is a very attractive option. If I remember correctly there are a good number of analogue synth Refills at http://www.reasonbanks.com/ or http://www.reasonfreaks.com/ (forget which one exactly) as well as some "Industrial" sounding ones.

Naturally, if you have more hardware, there are certainly other good options available.

Reason might be a good choice....because I already have it. haha. and you're right, when in doubt, get the refills!! :) so far i've heard completely different replies from everyone. i know there's fruity loops, ableton live, logic...but i also really want the access virus......hmm.........
