To say the least, portobello mushrooms are pretty much flavorless. I did certain things wrong but I thought the flavor of the mushroom would still be able to save the day but it didn't. But at least next time I know what to do with it. I'd rather use it as a meat substitute and let it soak up the flavor of whatever it's marinated in. Still there ( Read more... )
