Falling into tea can be one of the most pleasurable experiences ever. Just recently I've stopped adding sugar or sweetner of any kind into my tea, and only now has the true flavor become apparent in all of its fragrant subtlety. It's a great way to relax, too. To just tune in on one thing only. Tea is a great meditation, indeed ^-^
