[Anyone actually outside in the brutal snowstorm may see a little ball of yellow light hopping quickly to get to a warm, dry location. Miya's carrying a small cloth sack on her back and, thankfully
she's dressed snugly. The tiny painter leaps her way through the heavy snowfall, seeming mostly unbothered by it

I-It is not childish! I-I'm trying my best...! I-I know I'm not that good, but--Th-This is just kanji! I can write my kanji pretty well! [But now she's not so sure. It wasn't childish, was it? She's going to tug easily at one of the cloth "ears" of her winter hood. Such a bad habit.]
I'm trying my best...
[Ooc: |D; Sorry, but is this Voice, Written, or Action? I'm unsure how to have her reply, so I just need need to be sure to not mess up epically. :|b]

I never said being childish was a bad thing. In fact, there's a certain whimsy to that style.
-A few drawings of his own start to appear, a sort of juvenile look to his own art.-

Oh, I'm sorry! I-I shouldn't have assumed, I--[Hey, art. She watches as the pictures scribble themselves onto her pages and beams down at the journal.] Those are really good! You have a very creative style, Mister~
[Miya removes a smaller brush from her cloth sack and dips it into one ink pot. She draws a few long, elegant strokes, then jumps back as a drop of water falls onto it, making the ink slightly blurred. The image was still determinable, that of a leaping horse, but the ink was beginning to run near its hind leg.]
Oh, darn it... That one came out pretty good, too.

Oh, Sonic! You startled me. [She giggles and holds the journal in her lap. Sonic might get a better view of her now that it's shrunk down to her size. She smiles and pushes her hood off, fluffing out her short hair.]
Those are what we use to write with back home! Are you inside, Sonic? It's snowing so hard outside. I could really use some tea to warm up.

Aw, sorry 'bout that! I didn't mean to! I didn't make you mess up your drawings, did I?
[He nodded at her question.] For now, yeah! And I just so happen to have some tea! If you want, I can bring you some. But why're you outside, shouldn't you be somewhere warmer?

Oh, that's good, but you don't have to. I'm close to the market. I was doing some shopping for clothes and inks when it suddenly started to snow really hard. I come from a place with heavy snowfall, though, so it's not so bad. Especially now that I've got some thicker robes. [She holds up the journal so the bitty camera could show off the rabbit-looking hood and long sleeved kimono she wore.] Aren't they cute~? ♥ I sewed most of them, especially the hooded cloak.
I'll be okay, Sonic! If it gets really cold or something, I'll just go into one of the shops for the night.
