[What a wonderful day to be dumped back from her mallynapping. Truly a glorious day indeed. Right in the middle of a blasted thunderstorm. It's better than a blizzard, but it's still not the most awesome of circumstances to be in. And definitely not one Miyabi wanted to be in, to be honest.

[It takes her a moment to really hear him through the pouring rain and thunder, but when she does recognize the voice she looks up weakly.]

They picked a hell of a time for this. Here, let me help you.

Th-Thank you... [She sounds really tired. Who knows how long she's been out in the storm for, too.]

[Ammy hates rain. So much. It's wet and it's cold and it's like a bath that you can't escape from. But she got hungry. Now that she has a string of sausage hanging from her mouth, she's trying to get to someplace dry. And during her hopeless quest, she sees the little poncle. Oh, how she's been looking for her! She's not about to drop her sausage for anything, but she does hurry to try and devour it as she heads over to Miyabi. From around her chewing, she lets out a low whine, trying to get her attention. Don't make her headbutt the house to make her fall on her back.]

[Try being tiny and caught in a thunderstorm. It's a miracle she hadn't been washed away, yet. It takes her a moment to really register the whine, she was so tired, but when she does, Miyabi lifts her head and smiles weakly at the white wolf she knows and loves.]

Ammy...hehe, you smell bad.

[Like a wet dog. But at least her tone is affectionate, if a little soft and weary.]

[What. She's come to her daring rescue and she tells her that she smells bad. What kind of gratitude is that? There's a bit of a heave of a sigh, and then she lifts herself off of her front paws, hooking them onto the windowsill instead. Hey there, you don't look so good...]

[Oh, shush, the fact she's able to joke around means she's relatively okay, right? Right. B| But she is grateful to the goddess for helping her out. Miyabi's really glad to see her. But she's cold and getting wetter and wetter. Mind if she crawls over to lay on your snout, Ammy? She'll move up onto your head in a little bit. Just doing that was exhausting.]

Why are you out? You're gonna get sick.

C-Cold...!

[Short, sweet, and to the point. The poncle firl flutters her wings, more a reflex than anything else, to dry them, and doesn't look up immediately. In fact, she just curls up more, shivering. It doesn't seem to have clicked that there was a voice that just asked her that question, and definitely not that the voice was that of a friend.]

Miyabi? Where are you?

Lilynette? Is that you? I...I don't know. A windowsill.

Are you all right, Miss Miyabi?

[Lifting her head heavily, Miyabi looks around for the source of the voice. Her vision was blurry from her fever, so she doesn't see much except blurs of colors.]

Wh-Who's there?

It's Kushi, though I don't know if you'll remember me in your state. We only met shortly before you were kidnapped.

[chiisaichou]

[She nods, and vaguely remembers, her thoughts slowly returning to her through the haze of fever and cold. Miyabi looks around for the woman, hoping to the gods she was close by to take her out of the rain.]

Y-Yes...I remember. Can...Can you see me?

[San doesn't bother with talking. She just picks Miyabi up, gently, and is heading back to her cave. Like humans would know what to do for a forest spirit]

[And though she realizes she's being picked up, and usually would have flipped out - Luceti's filled with baddies these days - Miyabi's just too cold, wey, and tired to do much of anything. Plus, what could she do without her sword? So, she'll just appreciate how gentle and warm that hand is that just picked her up. It doesn't seem threatening at all.]

[Miyabi is most definitely safe with San. They'll be moving pretty quickly, despite the rain - San wants to be dry again almost as much as Miyabi must]

[Though she's wet, and cold, and probably should get out of her clothes, Miyabi will merely curl up in San's palm and close her eyes, trying to get some much needed rest and energy back.]
