Now that I'll be in town for the next 2-3 weekends, I'm finally getting round to organizing my bake sale. As it's been over 100 degrees everyday this week, evening runs and tennis were out of the question, so I went shopping for my bake sale accessories instead - i.e., cake box, mini springform and angel cake pans. I thought I was crazy to commit

I can buy a pandan coconut chiffon cake if you bake it before I leave on Monday. So sorry I can't help you bake but I'm so swamped and there's so much more to do before I leave. I imagine that I'll be working on board the plane as well! The IT people just gave me a charger for the laptop to work on the plane as well as a cigarette lighter charger as well :)
