Support my Bake Sale!!!

Now that I'll be in town for the next 2-3 weekends, I'm finally getting round to organizing my bake sale. As it's been over 100 degrees everyday this week, evening runs and tennis were out of the question, so I went shopping for my bake sale accessories instead - i.e., cake box, mini springform and angel cake pans. I thought I was crazy to commit to baking for the next 2 weekends as I've been really busy with my marathon training, writing countless papers for work, and just being out of town a lot. But it certainly is a good cause. The proceeds from my sales will go to feed hungry children, starting with those in the local communities. Definitely worth my weekends slaving in front of the oven. Since I'll probably be doing it alone or with just one or 2 friends, I'm offering a very modest list of cakes and cookies, mostly 'exotic' sweet treats from Singapore. The theme for my sweet treats will be 'light as air'. On the menu are:

Cakes
1) Pandan coconut chiffon cake
2) Orange and lemon chiffon cake
3) Matcha chiffon cake
4) Matcha souffle cheesecake
5) Souffle cheesecake

Cookies
Meltaways (peanut cookies)
Twinkle stars (butter cookies)

I haven't priced all these just yet but will do so momentarily.
