Jerry Seigel's heirs now own half of Superman copyright.

And, in 2013, Joe Shuster's estate can claim the other half. Which means that until Superman enters public domain in 2033, DC may not be publishing ANY Superman-related comics.

This is actually possible (and probable, in my mind) when you take into consideration the Superboy ruling a few years back.

Sidenote- The song just started playing on the radio. It was not intentional. Fucking eerie.
