New fall line up
Well I’m back on track again with my new schedule, today I worked on the horse for Bailey World more and started on the rider (both too early in development to show). -
Chips are down.
Well I’m back on track (again) and nearly finished the SD media chip, I recessed the terminals, and added the serial number imprinted on the back (not using the real one ofcourse), aside for some fine tuing and adding a lock tap it’s just about done.

Saving face
Once again I started off the head I’m building from scratch, this time fooling along a useful subdivision tutorial (found here) and adjusting the details to fit more the head I’m trying to make. It’s going ok but I still need to work mostly on the lips...

Running behind schedule today, but I did manage to start on the back side of my SD media card model, trying to get the metallic contacs looking right.

Getting back on the horse.
Continuing with my schedule and building up the mapping for my horse. It’s much tougher that using just the default biped since I have to set the sensitivity of nearly every vertex for every bone...

Back in business.
Well I took last week off from rendering to finish up a little job I got maintaining and updating a page (go here if you’re interested in buying a metal detector or accessories) but now I’m back on track.
Today I worked more on the scale model of my SD media card, compleating the notches on the side, adding the sticker and starting on the back.

Test run...
Well I put together a working custom skeleton of my horse (which is also the first time I made my own skeleton rig) and animated it running seen here. I also tried to skin the rig onto the horse I made before but I’m running trouble getting the vertices to stay right (half of the horse wants to turn inside out), so I don’t have much to show with ( Read more... ) -
We’re lost, but we’re making good time.
Well I once again basically reconstructed the head from scratch, each time getting better and more stream lined. Basically it’s an exercise in trail and error...
