I'm sitting here, having a late dinner, which happens to be leftover take-out.

It just occurred to me why chinese food is so awesome.

• The longer it stays in the fridge the better it tastes.  The only other thing that's good that does that is wine.
  
• The containers that take-out comes in is an adventure all in of itself!
