I'm sitting here, having a late dinner, which happens to be leftover take-out.
It just occurred to me why chinese food is so awesome.
- The longer it stays in the fridge the better it tastes. The only other thing that's good that does that is wine.
- The containers that take-out comes in is an adventure all in of itself!
- But most importantly, as I stare into my bowl full of a mish mash
of EVERYTHING, all the combined flavors taste friggin' awesome.
I just forked a mouthfull of sweet n' sour chicken twirled in low mein, mixed with dumpling sauce! I'm in heaven.
