The 70s and 80s were both hideous. The 70s as disillusion gradually sank in. The 80s as everything that was vicious, stupid and crass celebrated its world dominance.

Got kind of a love-hate relationship with thos pink lucite-heeled wedge platforms I wore. Loved the tallness and exquisite ugliness. Couldn't take the hobbling gait. Yeah, 70's outfits suck but fondue and strip-Twister rulez !
