I've been shuffling in the morning for about a week now, but I'm still at the stage of trying to cut down the walking intervals. Once I can run the whole way, I'll start adding on distance, I think.
I'm getting to the point of maybe adding distance. For the last week or two I've been concentrating more on cranking the pace a bit. I am leery of adding too much distance for fear of total ankle collapse. I might use the bike for endurance and just use running to work on speed. To be thought more about.
