Yesterday, I was involved in a large car accident. Both of our cars were completely totaled. I am completely fine, save for a couple bruises, and so is the other driver.
Oh my goodness when I got you tweets I was worried about you! And one of the first things that popped into my mind was how this would affect your chances on the house... I am glad you are ok and things seems to be moving alright. I will continue to keep my fingers crossed.
Thanks boo. The house is my #1 priority right now, so I was really relieved to learn that not one cent of this is going to come out of my pocket, even if they decide it was my fault. Yay for good insurance!
Like I (and everyone else) said, I'm so glad you're okay!
this is going to sound really morbid, but one of the worst things about being far away is not hearing about bad things that happen to people I have been close to in the past. I don't talk to very many people anymore, so I don't find out about things for a long time. I didn't find out about Alex until about a week after he passed away, and it's hard to deal with something like that when you're so disconnected :-/. NOTHING to do with you because obviously you're doing great (yay!) but this just reminded me.
Aww, yeah. It's hard to be far away from people when they're going through a tough time. If it weren't for Holli, I don't think I would've found out about Alex for a lot longer... I don't really talk to a lot of those people anymore, and most of the people I do talk to are the people that wouldn't talk to me at all if I didn't call them.
I won't say anything about the girl, but I clearly remember when her dad(/older male?) showed up to pick her up, he was yelling at her. And when we went back the next day to take pictures, I found her drivers license sitting on the lawn of my work. Not a very smart place to leave it, with identity theft on the rise and whatnot. I decided to be a good guy and turn it in to the PD.

It's bad that you're car-less, though. That blows. D:

I won't be carless for long.

Even if I wasn't paying for it, I'd probably still have full coverage. Too many crazy drivers, especially in little commuter towns.

and the girl sounds like a stupid teenage bitch who is only sobbing because she realized what she did wrong.
