I'm officially on vacation THANK GOD. I've had a rough few days at work and the thought of not having to be back there for seven days is wonderful. My headache is FINALLY gone and I woke up without feeling like I was going to puke for the first time in a week. O_o

I hope I do! They're gonna have robots and the Cruxshadows and singing Tesla coils and George Takei there so if I don't explode of wanting to do everything all at once I should have a smashing time.

JESUS ODA IS A DEITY OF SOME VARIETY BECAUSE HIS COMIC'S TEN FREAKING YEARS OLD AND IT STILL SURPRISES AND EXCITES ME WITH EVERY NEW CHAPTER. The fight scenes in this arc have been A+++++ Certified AWESOME. ♥

God, they are. But you always wind up more tired after a convention than you were before, so you have to take a vacation day to recover from your vacation. XD

I'd love to see a Sard in person. He looks fantastic. But then again, I like quite a few of the MA's there even if I think having a doll that big would be 0.0 (and maybe too big for my tastes).

He's a Soom LE, so he's not the same size as the Mecha Angels. It surprised me when I stood Lassa next to him--I'd always figured Soom's hooved dolls were 80cm like the Mecha Angels, but they're apparently 70cm. Go fig. But a friend of a friend owns him, so hopefully I'll get to ogle her big demon boy fairly often. ♥

XD It really is. It's also a cheap alternative to buying him myself--she got the fullset, which apparently ran her $1100. I was kind of afraid to breathe on him. >>;

Incidentally, the height difference between a 60cm and a 70cm ought to be about right for the height difference between Moswen and his man. One of my roommate's 60cm boys is currently snuggled up to Lassa, and the height difference is just enough that he can use Lassa's shoulder for a pillow. Doing the same experiment with a 45cm and a 60cm, the MSD's head can rest on the SD's chest. My roommate's MSD is a Minifee and therefore scrawny for his size range, so it might not be that bad of a contrast with a larger-bodied MSD.

Any good news on the money front? Because I'm about ready to take up a "Get This Fine Canadian Lady a Doll, For Pete's Sake" collection.

Oda...is trying to break me. That bastard. I'm finally finished recovering from Water 7/Enies Lobby and now this?! XD There's a reason why I have a tag that reads 'oda is god'

Also, if you still were interested in seeing Kamelot in October, there are less than 50 tickets left to the show at Jaxx so it needs to be moved on quickly. Brian and I are definitely going but I hadn't grabbed a third ticket as of yet.

That comes to $32.99 madam. The show is on Thursday October 16, btw. Doors open at 6:30 (as of now at least) and the major supporting band is Edguy. There will probably be 2-3 local acts prior to that as well.
