So it's been a while LJ friends! I've just been this crazy unemployed bum, leading the good life, and probably drinking a bit too much wine. It *IS* the good life. I'm back to TV watching again. The boy and I have been on this TV binge-fest and we'll probably have another one coming up this weekend, but I've gotten totally hooked on Leverage!!

I watch random US TV shows, mostly becuse I'm still tied up with wuxia. (And am possibly venturing into the realm of kdrama?) Work tries to eat me alive but I'm!not!letting it. In short, I've been having a blast.

Oooo, I was curious about "The Gates", but I tend to kind of bounce away from anything with vampires because of TEH SPARKLIES (though I am reading some vampire ya stuff, it does exist without the sparkles!)!!! *coughsorrycan'tstanditcough* But if you say it's good, I might give it a try.

*HUGS* OMG It's been too long!!! Well yes, it sucks that I'm unemployed but I'm making the most of the situation right now, so it's not so bad? LOL

The Gates - well, so far, the first episode... Luke Mably and half naked hot wolf boys are what's doing it for me now, but I do admit to being vaguely intrigued by the fact that these supernaturals are able to somewhat exist in "normalcy" within the gates of this community. It's not too bad, but I'm still reserving judgement.
