Anyway...on and off Alana has been letting me tag along and work out at the YMCA gym, we go Friday's for an hour work out then go to her house and hang for a few hours,

So I just got back from Anime North and were spending the night at our friends for the first time seeing there new house, it's really pretty, maybe oneday well get a town house.
As for the GÇ....I have no idea if I lost much or any at all...well see tomorrow I gess...

well today I slept more so I must have really needed it...other then that I made soup and vegi's...but ittai I bumped my hand on the hot pot lid after making soup, I used an icepack but it still stings...
I don't know when Roy will get home but till then maybe I'll watch a movie on Netflix.

I think its going well still, bit of a headack but its not from the stuff its other, so again today I'm making soup but this time with crackers.
it's really cold today so I won't be going for a walk...besides I have dishes to do.
