Damn your Japanese has come a long way to be able to do a translation of this story! :o Should I be worried about my sensei position??

Just out of curiousity, what made you translate the title as "The Mysterious Bamboo Grove"

I dunno, I felt that since the story is a mystery, I wanted to express this mystique in the title. Moreover, "In a grove" just sounds strange in English, don't you think?
