Your Damon is right out of the show!!! It's amazing!!
Love the combination of Damon and Chloe.

I actually reasoned that Chloe gave up her life so 'easily' because of her redhot phoenix skills, knowing she'd come back to life anyhow. Considering a short sequel where they cross paths again, and Damon's reaction to seeing her alive and ringless... Hmm, fun to be had. ;)

Don't worry, I'm having too much fun with these two to stop here. I'm not much of a writer, though, and give up too easily, so it'll be another short ficlet.

Great fic!!! I LOVE Chloe, she is my favorite tv shows character!!! And Chloe & Damon look so hot together! My fist Chlamon fic was "Dancing to Death's Drum" by sarcastic_fina (did you read it by any chance?). Since than it became one of my favorite pairings! Thank you very much for this story!
I really hope you will write more of them! They have so much potential and make one fantastic couple!
