it's very tempting to quit my job, work at starbucks, paint pictures for people i find on craigslist, and waste my degree until i work up the nerve to get a new one.

I'm too lazy to check. Have you added me as a friend? If not, you should. We're myspace friends too. I need to reply to your message that you left me...I've been too lazy (well, not really, there were people dying and breakups and things) to do that as well.

I'm not, but I'm going to Spain on Wednesday for a study abroad thing, then Germany after that to visit khelair.

You know, it occurs to me that you owe me a painting. I seem to remember some sort of exchange, a hat, which I made you, for a painting, which you have not. Cora, you are UNTRUSTWORTHY!!! (I only use that term because it is one of the 6 pillars of character in a program at the school where I work.)

Point being--I want a painting.

i am a dirty rotten cheater. max has actually stolen that hat, much to my chagrin (and confusion), so technically he owes you a painting. but i will make one for you... someday... when you least expect it...

what's this i hear about you being in boston recently and not telling me?

I'll knit you another hat if you want. Although to be honest, I am much more into crocheting these days. Baby blankets primarily (Kristi-Jo's sister had a baby! I'm kind of an aunt!) Yeah...sorry about the whole Boston thing. We were there for a very short time (again...) for a wedding. So I suck. But to make it up to you, you can make me a painting.

Tell you what, the goal right now is to move back to boston in roughly 1 year. You have until then. Fair?
