A Survey and some other stuff....

Taking this survey from fellow J-Pop and Red Sox fan broomhead of True Life Seek. He wanted to know, and I thought it would be a good way to start blogging again. I was in a bit of a rut as well, but I'm trying to start posting things, even if they are very little.

I...kind of want to watch Iron Man. O.O But everyone I know thinks it looks ridiculous, and going to the movies by yourself isn't much fun. Plus, uh...part of the reason I want to watch it is because Robert Downey Jr. looks asdfjkl;HOT amazing in it judging from the trailers.

That blogging survey mentions goals a lot. I know people blog with actual opinions on current events, television show reviews, or updates about significant happenings in their lives, but the way most of the people I know including myself blog doesn't fit those categories much, so having goals for blogging seems kind of silly to me too. Aside from making friends and commenting, a lot of my blogging is to spaz about fandom and other dorky things. XD

Maybe you could just show them sexy shots of RDJ and get them to go with you! xD My mom, who isn't the superhero movie type, actually enjoyed it a lot, so it really can't be that ridiculous. I saw a lot of people there who didn't look like the common comic book nerd type or a small child who seemed to enjoy the movie. It seems like the type of superhero movie that can appeal to broad audiences.

Yeah, this blogging survey is mainly aimed at a blog community I'm part of that is usually filled with more pointed blogs. I see the point in having goals for your blog if you want to be a writer in the future/are currently a writer, but I'm not going for that, so goals really don't fit me.

I've started up an indycar slash comm (called indycarslash 'cause I'm orginal). We've only got a hand full of members the now but hopefully once we really get started more will come.
