Pond is also on GJ, and she posted the message they sent to her here with a link to the art piece in question. She never said the art depicted underage sex, and there's no indication in the piece that Harry is underage (it's Snape/Harry, and it is explicit, but there are no DH spoilers), so I don't get why they permanently banned her. elke_tanzer has a very comprehensive list of links regarding this situation. ::headdesk:: This is so full of fail.

Agreed. I have no problem if LJ thinks something breaks their ToS, but maybe they should find out if does first. But actually deleting her journal...wtf?

Oh, a fan artist named ponderosa121 had her LJ baleeted for having a Snape/Harry porn fanart posted to LJ, though the picture was supposed to be of older!Harry, therefore not having any underage porn.

What do you mean? According to her, the picture she did wasn't shota/underage, and depicted an older Harry Potter.

I know. I have no problem with the shota fans (since they don't do actual child porn), but aren't they more likely to break the ToS? I'm not saying they have (I wouldn't know, since I'm not a member there, not a shota fan). It makes no sense...
