the new announcer on radio 4 sounds like a cross between alvin hall and fat barry white off mark and lard's night time show.

he sounds far too jolly for this time of night.

my favourite is the lady who does the shipping forecast just before they play the national anthem.

great for sending you off to sleep.

this time next week i'll either be tucked up in a hotel in shinjuku or i'll be trailing the streets with my many bags. except i've made a promise to take just the one. yeah right ( Read more... )
