After a long hiatus since last year's knee injury at the 21km Standard Chartered Run, I finally decided to get back to it (but starting slow of course). Saw the poster ad one day and decided to sign up for the Safra Bay Run (6km fun run) under team energyone. SY joined me at this and so there we were this morning...

Friday the 13th: The fateful day of my scheduled dental appointment for a surgical wisdom tooth extraction.

5.00 pm: knocked off earlier than usual to arrive at the dental clinic.
