#9 Meatloaf

Mmmmm. I had to post right now so I would stop eating it.

Meatloaf, according to the recipe I've used before, but with half the oats for (recipe at the end).
Half beef, half ground pork. Used ketchup instead of tomato paste because I didn't have any.
I kept it all wrapped in foil, which helped it be delightfully moist.

What kind of oats do you use? I always use bread crumbs, but I saw a neighbor use oats so now I am intrigued.

Love worcestershire sauce in mine too. sadly I have to do onion powder, kids were objecting to chopped up onions and/or carrots no matter how fine I chopped them up.

Whatever we have in the cupboard. Usually the slow cooking quaker oats, same as I would use for cookies.
