#9 Meatloaf

Mmmmm. I had to post right now so I would stop eating it.

Meatloaf, according to the recipe I've used before, but with half the oats for (recipe at the end).
Half beef, half ground pork. Used ketchup instead of tomato paste because I didn't have any.
I kept it all wrapped in foil, which helped it be delightfully moist.

Cherry tomatoes

And I have two more meatloaves to put into the freezer for later. Yay!
(I have made wonderful things since meal #8, but they haven't met my criteria for real meals.)



1 lb ground beef
1-2 eggs
small can of tomato paste
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 an onion, finely diced
garlic
(shredded carrots - optional)
paprika, parsley, salt, pepper
worchestershire sauce

1. Mix all ingredients together and form into a loaf.
2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes-1 hour.
3. Uncover for last 5 minutes.
