ZOMG I THINK CHAPTER SEVEN IS ALMOST DONE *CHEER*

Another great chapter! One of my favorite sections:

“Let’s get one thing straight, students of Hogwarts, shall we?” Sirius said calmly, his arm wrapped around Remus’s waist. “I’m not.”

Silence.

And then, scattered applause and catcalls, and even a few shouts of, “Way to go, Lupin!”

I love that last line--the praise/envy for Remus snagging (& snogging) Sirius (though they're both way cute especially together!)

Oh, and I'm glad you're giving Peter some attention--it'll be fun to see how his plans for his prank unfold.

Loathe him though I may, Peter needs his little bit of glory too. He wasn't a Marauder for nothing.

Chapter 6 will probably be posted on...Saturday. Yes. I think I have time to post on Saturday. Hopefully I am not lying and I can actually do it.

Poor Peter and his Yoko issues. He really is out of the loop, isn't he? It's a shame, because I do feel for him here.

The way he announces it to the whole world, but in such a simple and almost backhanded way seems very appropriate to the character, for some reason. He honestly doesn't care what anyone (other than James and Remus) thinks of him. And I love him for it.

YES. THAT IS IT EXACTLY. I've always imagined Sirius as this sort of person that would take whatever chance he was handed to say a big, "Fuck you," to the world - or at least to his parents. He's a rebel, sometimes to the point of stupidity, but mostly to the point of amusement =P
