I was chatting with Bernie in Tucson, who told me that the Shopper got dozens of letters and e-mails from people who had read my recipe column and wanted to know where I had gone. One woman told them she stopped throwing away the paper because of me!

I slept in until 5 am today and didn't check e-mail or read LJ before work. Here's what my online horoscope had to say:
