So at least I got a temp gig. Or at the very least, a stage for which I will be paid. I go to a big bakery tomorrow, the commissary for a local deli, and bake bread

Bread is insanely hard! At least, I can't get anywhere with it.

I suppose if you are provided the right flour, equipment, and recipe, it's not too hard to follow an established method.
