So at least I got a temp gig. Or at the very least, a stage for which I will be paid. I go to a big bakery tomorrow, the commissary for a local deli, and bake bread.

Though I can't find the entries, I know I've written about baking bread for a living before. How much simpler can cooking get?

Who knows. Maybe I'll learn to make my own bread, and wine, and cheese.
