insufficient airway

Just had to get up out of bed after clawing the CPAP mask off and gasping for breath. Sprayed oxymetazoline up my nose and am sitting, trying to calm down (being unable to breathe is panicky) and get my nose cleared up before trying to lie down again.

Very Scary.

Just a stuffy nose, but with the chin strap and mask, very claustrophobic. After a half hour I could go back to bed.
