After another poor night's sleep (more on that later), up at 7 to a foot of snow over ice outside. The chickens haven't even come out of their house

Good call. I was up and out before 7 to avoid traffic. Streets were awful. The commute would have been hell.

they closed eastern ! there must be yuk snow !! the only time they closed uni when i was there was for ice storm 1996. snow was still all go.
