How sad that the relationship which lasted for 11 years has to come to an end. I reckon your reminiscence helps you to search for the time that made you happy. Although you are now sad, in the long run, the benefits of reminiscence are to build up your own identity and life, as well as to increase your positive emotion while reducing your negative one (psychological studies show such correlation). Thanks... I'm doing ok most of the time... There's always going to be something, sometime or somewhere that triggers some kind of memory, and that's ok. Can't have gone through the past 11 years and not expect to remember things... Wouldn't want to either. Even though the circumstances behind the break up were unpleasant, there's always going to be the memories of what was good, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Thanks for the nice comment. Hope to hear more from you soon,

Stay Safe,

Tim
