Well a friend gave me some cacao beans that had not yet been roasted so I spent Sunday doing that. The roasting was the easy part. The hard part is peeling the beans. If you've peeled nuts before (gutter, gentlemen, gutter) it's easier than peeling hazelnuts, but harder than peeling almonds. Since water and cocoa aren't a good mix, it's not
