Over the last year or two I've been having a great time tinkering with electric vehicles. I've come to love ebikes as endlessly fun and practical... But the need for MOAR POWERRRR!!!! has overcome me.
My 2KW bike just isn't enough anymore.

Just spent the last several days doing catering contracting for cup day here in CHCH. Its been great to get out of the classroom and into some real cooking in a real kitchen for a real Exec Chef
